English is the number one source to understand and develop learning skills. When a person lacks understanding in English it makes it difficult to learn math, science, history, and so forth.

In this article, we are going to learn some of the basics of English to help you along the journey of learning. We can start by reviewing nouns and verbs.
Nouns can be used in both singular and plural forms. Nouns sometimes are replaced with a pronoun.

Nouns define concept, quality, state, action, and entity. Simply put nouns are actions, persons, places, ideas, and so forth.

Verbs are words that characterize grammatical predicates, which express moods, actions, mode of being, and occurrences. Verbs extend to express various languages inflecting for agreement with a particular subject.

Verbs stand out since the verbs are tense, mood impact, voice, aspect, and so forth. We can see verbs and nouns in the following sentence.

Jack rode to town with Andy on his motorcycle. Jack and Andy are the nouns, while rode is the verb. This may become confusing when a learning disability is involved, simply because the words predicate can stand out in the mind.

Predicates are proven or denied logic. Predicates are a part of any sentence or clause that expresses what is being said of a subject. The subject generally is the verb with or without adverbial modifiers, balance, objects and so forth. In other words, predicates make a statement or affirmative in a sentence.

Some people with learning disabilities or inabilities may have difficulty understanding the terms utilized in English rules. For example, we must consider universal grammar, transformational grammar, stratificational grammar, relational, generative and grammar itself.

While we are attending school, rarely does any one teacher bring this topic into focus.
The mind however, is aware that languages, dialect, miscommunications, and other problematic concepts are involved in understanding English.

Now we can break grammar down to get a deeper understanding, which can help us to learn more effectively.

Starting with grammar, we know that grammar is a language that inflects and functions in relation to a sentence. To learn proper grammar you must have the basic idea of English and its concept.

Genitive grammar is an ordered set of rules that produce grammar sentences in language. Transformational grammar then works with Genitive because it gives a deeper meaning to a sentence. Relational grammar is based on a hypothesis in which grammatical relations (as topic or object/thing) are prehistoric in stipulations of which syntactic processing is formed.

Finally, stratificational grammar is also based on hypothesis believing that language is considered a sequence of a body of persons interrelated layers linked together by representational rules. I laid this out for you because I am a firm believer that having an overall understanding of English can help a person learn sufficiently.

Learning disabilities or inabilities stem from lack of understanding. When a person is told that their grammar is incorrect, how are they learning? Since they are rarely told correctly, why it is not correct, they often fall behind. For example, if you write a sentence and fail to place a noun in the sentence, then your work is incorrect.
To help someone learn why their sentences are not correct you must define nouns and let them know what is missing.

Since, English is the number one source of learning, it is important to learn all you can about English to help learn about other subjects.

Finally, reading is a great tool for learning and understanding English. When you are reading do not focus on the story alone, rather look at the wording, structure, grammar, spelling and so forth. This can help you to see how to write your own sentences effectively.
